Outstanding Creole Food
One of the first restaurants that jump to mind is "Battimamselle", where Chef Khalid Mohammed turns local Trinidad food into international perfection to delight even the most demanding gourmets.
However, we'll have to admit that our favorite Creole food restaurant has to be "Veni Mange".
Why? Because Veni Mange is so authentically Trinidadian, it's like limin' at a good friends home and being invited into their dinning room. Whether it's the before dinner conversation, as you wait by the bar for a table, or the home cooked quality of the food you are served, Veni Mange is an experience not to be missed when you visit Trinidad and Tobago.
