Exclusive Trinidad beach house rental at Blanchisseuse...
Pineapple Cove is the eco-lodge of Trinidad beach house rentals, and on this very private property it is easy to imagine yourself to be the only living sole in Blanchisseuse.
If you're into classic, black and white movies, think Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman in the African Queen, if you're not, picture a cluster of Caribbean cabanas nestled between luxurious tropical foliage in a scene that exudes mystery and romance.
Features & Amenities
Pineapple Cove is one of the most charming beach house rentals on Trinidad's North Coast.
There is a small 2 storey main house with a well-furnished great room, a fully outfitted kitchen, a private pool with a captivating view of the bay, and an en-suite on the second floor that sleeps 2-3 guests. There are also 2 cabanas on the property each with it's own bathroom, the first sleeps 2-4 guests in more basic accommodations, and the second an additional 6-10 guests. The house and cabanas are rented as a single unit, and a local cook can be arranged if required.
Location & Environs
Pineapple Cove is located a short 5-minute drive away from the rustic village of Blanchisseuse, and about 1 hour from Port-of-Spain. This charming, Trinidad beach house rental is situated directly above a small, secluded, private beach to which only 4 properties have access. There are several larger beaches nearby in the Blanchisseuse area, a local artists studio, Bobb's Artistic Creations, and a small restaurant.
Nearby Attractions
While Pineapple Cove is secluded, it is not isolated, and there's lots to do for those who wish to explore.
This vacation rental is only 30 minutes by car away from Maracas Beach and it's famous Shark and Bake, Las Cuevas Beach, and Fort Abercromby.
It is also only a 30-minute boat ride, or an invigorating 2-hour hike, from Trinidad's mysterious and seldom visited Paria Beach; a short drive and a beautiful 30 minute walk from both Avocat Falls and 3 Pools. Just east of the village, there is a idyllic location to swim and kayak at the mouth of the Marianne River, and you can even go turtle watching on the beach.
For the nature enthusiast, this vacation rental is approximately a 40-minute drive away from the Asa Wright Nature Center, where you can visit with some of Trinidad and Tobago's 460 species of exotic birds in a protected rain forest setting, and, while you are there, enjoy an award winning Creole buffet at the Center's restaurant.
